75% of American moms said that our society doesn't support them.

The average mother works 98 hours a week.

Stay at home moms save their families $162,000 a year!

Mothers are overworked and undervalued.

How heavy is the load you're carrying?

As mothers, society teaches us that our worth is determined by how heavy the load is we carry.  We’re told we can “have it all” but no one tells us how. And so we are forced to choose: personhood or motherhood. We face never ending judgment - at work, at home, from friends, from family, even from ourselves. But you know there’s more to life than the load you carry as a mother, and now is the time to share that load with the rest of the world.

That load feels like:

  • The constant state of overwhelm that feels like you’re drowning instead of living

  • The surety that everyone else knows some secret to motherhood that you don't

  • Feeling like a failure when things fall through the cracks because everyone believes you should have it all together all the time

  • The resentment, anger, and guilt that taint your motherhood experience because you are largely unsupported in your role as mother

Together we can learn to:

  • Gain clarity as we identify the outside forces affecting our families so that we can protect our families from them

  • Let go of anger when we truly understand how our past is affecting how we interact with those we love

  • Reclaim our power as we learn to ask for the things we want and need

  • Embrace peace through healthy boundary setting that allows you to truly care for yourself and your family

  • Change our lives with specific, actionable goals and the support to meet them

  • Create deeper connections with our partners and children, allowing us to become the mothers we want to be

  • Free ourselves from passive/aggressive tendencies that haunt our current situations and keep us stuck repeating hurtful (to ourselves and others) behaviors

  • Create communities of support for ourselves and our families so that we are not carrying the mother load alone

Right now you:

  • Are the default parent at most (or all) school activities, family gatherings, and vacations.

  • Are the only adult in your household who can name your child's pediatrician, dentist, teacher, or coach without looking it up.

  • Are the one helping with homework, special projects, and answering questions while your partner... doesn't.

  • Are responsible for the family calendar. And reminding. and reminding. and reminding.

  • Are the one who organizes (or just does) the family laundry, shopping, cooking and other household chores.

  • Are struggling to find time for yourself and to connect with friends.

  • Are frustrated and angry with a partner who seems incapable of seeing the load you're carrying or doing anything significant to help.

  • Are worried that things will never change unless you do something drastic.

Get Liberated!

Mother Load Liberation is a 6 week course you can take from your couch or your favorite coffee shop - you can even do it from your favorite hiding spot. This special experience will help you unpack the physical, mental, and emotional load of motherhood. Your voice deserves to be heard, and you do not have to carry the load in silence. You are not invisible, and I’m here to help you let the world know this.

There’s a better way to do motherhood - Motherload Liberation is it.

  • Simple, affordable payment plans choose between $400 upfront or $150/month for three months.

  • Live And Recorded Classes, because moms are busy and not everyone can show up to class live!

  • Partner Packs, weekly mini-class for husbands and partners, because this isn't just about you.

  • Private website and group, off of Facebook and away from distractions - where you'll get daily access to me!

I love that you start off wide and get narrow, and also the explanations of WHY men are the way they are- so it wasn’t just a big ol man bashing course but more like ‘hey, this sucks, here’s WHY it’s the way it is.’ I can get stuck in a pattern of resentment so having the framework of where certain behaviors come from was very helpful.

Rachel, Fall 2019

In Motherload Liberation You Will Learn How To:

      • See your household clearly - how you got here and where you want to go

      • Identify exactly what you want from your spouse/partner and learn how to get it

      • Create a parenting relationship that works for both partners

      • Set clear boundaries

      • Stop parenting your partner

      • Create a supportive community around you and your family

      • Break free of the unconscious rut and make conscious choices about how your family works

      Hey mama,

You can stay where you are - frustrated, exhausted, and feeling so alone. I understand how hard it can be to choose YOU. Choosing to spend time and money on yourself when everything else feels so much more important can be one of the most radical acts of motherhood there is.

Because the truth is that you are the one they need to be healthy and whole if your family is going to thrive.

That anger and frustration you're feeling right now, the fear that is holding you back - taking action will release those. You can stay stuck - with no one to help you see clearly, with no place where you can be truly honest about what is happening and how you're feeling, with no idea how to make lasting changes.

Your family will stay stuck with you. Or you can choose to move, to get free.

Honestly, one of the most helpful self-development courses I’ve taken. I wish I had some of these tools and perspectives in my back pocket before coming a mom!

I love the structure and how it brings you towards moving into action while also respecting wherever you happen to be in the process. I’m not normally a homework person, but I found your assignments very helpful in taking something overwhelming emotional into the realm of actionable possibilities. I also love your personality and presence in the course. Lastly, hearing from the other women was SO validating and made me feel less crazy.

      Graeme Seabrook

Graeme Seabrook is a maternal mental health expert, advocate, and community leader who helps moms remove their capes and reconnect with their whole selves.  As a certified life coach and founder of The Mom Center, an online community exclusively for moms, she’s coached over 2,000 women on how to place their names at the top of their priority list, without guilt or shame.

Her unique approach to her work includes a methodology that sits at the intersection of capitalism, patriarchy, and self-care. Graeme’s message moves beyond the traditional themes of finding balance and improving productivity for moms, and takes a 360 degree look into strategies that encourage their complete mental and emotional wellness.

A voice of authority in her niche, she’s made numerous appearances in various media outlets and platforms as a speaker, writer, and podcast guest. Through her own podcast, “Your Mom Friend,” she leads thoughtful conversations with other real moms about the challenges and triumphs of their journeys.

Described as radical, honest, and uplifting, Graeme’s work is inspired by her own experience with recovering from a traumatic birth and battling postpartum depression, when she became a mom for the first time. Her goal is to put moms in the spotlight and celebrate them for their courage to stand boldly in the truth of who they are - with or without capes.
